No not perfect this reminds me very much of early motorcycle jackets, some of which did have button fronts. The back upper portion is pleated so that there is room to flex the arms/shoulders.
This is likely late 30s or early 40s by my estimation. Lined in a rayon fabric that has the look of that era. There is fringe missing in two spans, on one pocket. I thot would be cool to cover those spots with old western badges. The imperfections give character to vintage clothes and this coat, no exception, overall distressed, but not trashed. It has hemmed up arms they are 23 as they are, which is altered (vintage alteration). Instead of turning sleeve under, a flap of sleeve length was overlapped, on top of arm, might be able to undo, and let out to original length, but stitch holes might remain present. Looks fine in wearing as it is, --might fit a fella, all depends on the arm length. I'm 42 bust/chest and this fits me fine,, bottom when buttoned is 38/39 around at hip. Made of very heavy leather, with laced leather buttons. Might even be horsehide,,, looks super on. Shoulder pads, orig stock equipment. Worn in, in a most lovely way. Will try to get some better pic, add in.
